This is to certify that姓名（male/female, student No.:学号，ID card No.:身份证号）was enrolled by our university in September入学年. He/she is studying in专业as a freshman（大一）/sophomore（大二）/junior（大三）/senior（大四）student. If he/she completes all the courses of 4-year program and fulfills the requirement of graduation, he/she will graduate and be awarded the Graduation Certificate and Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in July毕业年.
